Make outbound calls to prospective and existing students/customers
Explain courses/services clearly and address queries effectively
Follow up on leads and maintain call records
Provide accurate information and maintain professional communication
Support the admissions/sales team as required
Achieve daily/weekly calling targets
Eligibility & Skills
Minimum qualification:
Graduate (any stream)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle calls confidently and politely
Basic computer knowledge preferred
