Job Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective students and clients.
Explain course details, admission process, and career opportunities.
Maintain daily call logs and follow-up records.
Achieve monthly call and conversion targets.
Handle inquiries via phone and WhatsApp in a professional manner.
Requirements:
Minimum qualification: 12th pass (Graduate preferred).
Good communication skills in Hindi & English.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, WhatsApp Web).
Prior telecalling or customer service experience preferred.
Positive attitude and willingness to work towards targets.
