Job Summary:
We are looking for a polite and confident Telecaller to join our co-operative office. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to customers or members, sharing information about products or services, resolving queries, and supporting customer relationship initiatives. The ideal candidate will have good communication skills and a service-oriented approach.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to customers/members to inform them about services, offers, or updates.
Handle inbound calls and address queries or complaints professionally.
Maintain accurate records of calls, feedback, and follow-ups in the system.
Promote co-operative schemes, membership drives, or new products (e.g., loans, savings schemes, dairy services, etc.).
Assist with appointment setting or scheduling for in-person visits (if required).
Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution and updates.
Build a positive relationship with members through consistent and clear communication.
Requirements:
Minimum educational qualification: [e.g., 12th pass / graduate].
Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service is a plus.
Excellent verbal communication in [local language + Hindi/English].
Basic computer skills (MS Office, data entry).
Patient, persuasive, and professional telephone manner.
Ability to meet call targets and work in a team environment.
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with co-operative society operations (e.g., credit society, dairy, etc.).
