We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Telecalling cum Customer Care Executive to handle outbound and inbound calls, generate leads, and provide excellent customer support. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and the ability to understand customer needs while representing the company professionally.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers to explain company products/services
Handle inbound calls and resolve customer queries efficiently
Follow up with leads and convert them into sales or appointments
Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, and feedback
Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction
Handle customer complaints and escalate issues when required
Achieve daily/weekly calling and performance targets
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer service operations
Requirements & Qualifications
Minimum qualification: 12th / Any Graduate
Minimum (0.6 Months to 2 Years) experiences in telecalling or customer care is an added advantage
Good verbal communication skills in English and local language
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel)
Ability to handle customers professionally
Willingness to work in a target-oriented environment
Positive attitude and problem-solving skills
