Job Summary:

We are looking for

day shift Tele caller/Customer Support

role. You will handle customer calls, share information about products/services, and maintain records.

Responsibilities:

Make outbound/inbound customer calls Explain products/services to customers Handle basic customer queries and follow-ups Maintain call logs and update CRM Support the sales or service team as needed

Requirements:

12th pass or graduate Good verbal communication skills Basic computer knowledge Friendly, confident, and eager to learn Available to work full-time (day shift)
