Insurance company is seeking a Tele Sales Executive (Female) with strong communication skills and a goal-oriented mindset. The ideal candidate will bring energy, discipline, and professionalism to client outreach--with an added advantage for those familiar with the General Insurance industry.
Responsibilities
Generate leads via calls, online platforms, and referrals
Engage clients confidently to spark interest and schedule meetings
Conduct a minimum of two virtual meetings per daywith prospects
Focus on target achievement and consistent follow-ups
Communicate with senior professionals: HR Managers, Account Heads, Directors, Owners, CFOs, and CEOs
Share daily insights and performance updates with the team
Eligibility & Preferred Experience
Strong verbal and written communication
Minimum basic experience in the
General Insurance line
Comfortable interacting with senior stakeholders
Familiarity with virtual platforms like Zoom, Meet, or Teams
Self-driven and highly motivated to meet targets
