Key Responsibilities
Tele Calling & Enquiry Handling
Handle inbound and outbound calls related to
flight ticket bookings
Provide accurate
fare details, schedules, and airline options
Explain baggage rules, fare conditions, cancellations, and rebooking policies
Flight Ticket Sales
Convert enquiries into confirmed
flight ticket bookings
Handle
domestic & international ticket sales
Upsell add-ons (seat selection, baggage, meals, insurance - if applicable)
Booking & Coordination
Coordinate with booking and operations teams
Ensure correct passenger details and documentation
Share e-tickets and travel information with customers
Customer Relationship Management
Build trust through clear and honest communication
Handle customer follow-ups, changes, and basic issue resolution
Maintain repeat customers and referrals
Reporting & Targets
Maintain call logs and booking records
Achieve assigned
sales targets
Report daily sales performance to the Sales Manager
Eligibility Criteria
Malayalee candidate only
Fluent in
Malayalam
(English required; Hindi preferred)
Willing to work in
Bangalore
Good communication and convincing skills
Sales-oriented mindset
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in
flight ticket sales / air ticketing
Knowledge of
GDS systems
(Amadeus / Galileo / Sabre) - added advantage
Familiarity with airline rules, fares, and travel documentation
Basic computer and CRM knowledge
