Job Purpose
To drive customer engagement, generate qualified leads, support sales conversion, and contribute to monthly revenue targets through high-volume outbound calling and CRM management.
Detailed Job Roles & Responsibilities1. Outbound Calling & Lead Qualification
Make
50-100 outbound calls per day
(minimum requirement:

).
Maintain a consistent hourly calling target (
15 outbound calls per hour
, if applicable).
Identify customer needs and qualify leads based on ERA's sales criteria.
Generate
10+ qualified leads per day
.
Schedule
5+ customer appointments per week
for the sales team.
2. Sales Support & Lead Conversion
Explain ERA's IT, digital marketing, and consulting services clearly.
Convert qualified leads to potential sales opportunities.
Maintain a
minimum lead conversion rate of 15%+
.
Follow up with prospects to increase closure probability.
Support field executives and the sales manager with updated lead data.
3. CRM Management & Reporting
Ensure
100% CRM data accuracy
through daily updates.
Log all calls, lead statuses, customer details, and follow-up actions.
Prepare daily/weekly lead reports and share with the Assistant Manager - Sales.
Ensure all scheduled appointments, conversions, and follow-ups are properly recorded.
4. Customer Relationship Management
Maintain professional communication and telephone etiquette.
Handle customer queries, objections, and service explanations effectively.
Build rapport to improve customer response and retention.
Provide pre-sales and post-sales support when required.
5. Performance & Target Achievement
