Job Description

A Telecaller Executive, also known as a Telemarketing Executive or Telecaller, plays a crucial role in school and connecting with potential or existing parents over the phone.

Job Responsibilities:



Cold Calling:

Initiate outbound calls to prospective Parents who may have shown interest in the product or service or to generate leads.

Customer Interaction:

Handle inbound calls from customers, addressing inquiries, providing information, and resolving issues or concerns.

Sales Pitch:

Present products or services to potential customers, explaining features and benefits to encourage a positive response and potentially close sales.

Lead Generation:

Identify and qualify potential leads through effective questioning and information gathering during calls.

Follow-Up:

Maintain a follow-up system to nurture leads, answer additional questions, and provide additional information as needed.

Achieve Targets:

Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas set by the company, if applicable.

Database Management:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information and call records in the company's database.

Product/Service Knowledge:

Stay informed about the products or services offered by the company to effectively communicate with customers.

Customer Relationship Management (CRM):

Utilize CRM software to track interactions, manage leads, and streamline the sales process.

Feedback:

Gather feedback from customers and communicate it to the relevant teams within the organization.

Adherence to Scripts and Guidelines:

Follow scripts and guidelines provided by the company to ensure consistency in communication.
