Responsibilities
Tele caller Work:
Answer incoming calls and make outgoing calls
Give basic information about visa and immigration services
Explain services clearly to clients
Book appointments for consultants
Follow up with interested clients
Receptionist Work:
Welcome clients who visit the office
Handle walk-in inquiries politely
Maintain appointment schedules
Keep the reception area neat and organized
Office Support:
Maintain client records and basic data
Handle emails and messages
Support consultants and office staff when needed
Requirements
Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate
Good communication skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email)
Polite, confident, and well-spoken
Ability to handle multiple tasks
Experience
Freshers can apply
Experience in tele calling or receptionist work is an advantage
