Career Counselor cum Tele Caller
to join our team at our Payyanur office. The role involves counseling students and parents, handling inbound and outbound calls, and supporting the admissions process.
Key Responsibilities:
Counsel students and parents on career options, courses, and admission procedures
Make outbound calls and follow up on leads generated through marketing activities
Handle inbound inquiries professionally and convert leads into enrollments
Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and student data
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth admission processes
Achieve individual and team targets
Eligibility Criteria:
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome
