We are looking for a versatile female candidate to fill the role of Tele caller Executive as well as store manager.
Job Responsibilities: -
The job responsibilities of a telecaller include answering customer calls and providing timely and accurate information about the company's product and services, responding to customer inquiries and complaints professionally and courteously, processing payments over the phone, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Telecallers should be able to accurately record customer interactions and transactions and may be responsible for updating customer accounts or profiles with relevant information.
They should also be able to answer customer questions and provide information about services, and company policies.
Telecallers should be able to listen to and understand customer complaints and work to resolve any issues adequately.
Skills Required: -
The skills required for a telecaller include excellent communication skills, superior people skills, and the ability to contribute to the company's growth by bringing in customers.
A successful telecaller representative must be comfortable and agreeable to represent the services over calls and resolve clients' complaints and queries.
