Job Responsibilities:
Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about products or services using scripts
Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally
Answer customer queries regarding products, services, or company information
Understand customer requirements and assist in closing sales
Forward qualified leads to the field sales team when required
Enter, update, and maintain accurate customer information in the database
Take and process customer orders accurately
Manage basic operational tasks such as data entry, posting, searching, and sharing information online
Handle customer grievances courteously to maintain the company's reputation
Keep records of calls, sales, and other useful data
