Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and confident

Tele Caller

to handle customer calls related to steel products, inquiries, and follow-ups. The role involves communicating with customers, generating leads, and supporting sales activities. Freshers are welcome, while candidates with prior experience in the steel industry will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to customers and prospective clients Handle inbound calls and respond to product and pricing inquiries Explain steel products, availability, and basic pricing details Generate leads and coordinate with the sales team for follow-ups Maintain accurate call records and customer databases Follow up on quotations, orders, and payment reminders when required Achieve daily and monthly calling targets

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate preferred Good communication skills in Hindi (local language preferred; basic English an advantage) Confident and polite telephone manner Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel / CRM preferred) Ability to work in a target-oriented environment

Experience Criteria

Freshers are welcome

1-2 years' experience in tele-calling within the steel industry

will be mandatory
