Telecaller
in the insurance sector. The position involves making outbound calls to potential clients, providing product information, and generating leads or sales. Candidates with strong communication skills and a desire to grow in the insurance industry are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers using the provided database.
Explain insurance products (life, health, general) clearly and engagingly.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions.
Maintain customer records and ensure timely follow-ups.
Work towards achieving daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
Handle inquiries and resolve basic customer concerns.
Maintain a professional tone and comply with all company policies.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Good verbal communication skills in [Hindi, English].
Ability to engage customers confidently over the phone.
Basic understanding of insurance products is a plus (training will be provided).
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office or CRM tools.
