Female Tele Caller

with hands-on

CRM experience

. The ideal candidate should be confident in handling customer calls and maintaining accurate records in the CRM system.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound and receive inbound customer calls Handle customer enquiries and provide product-related information Update and maintain customer data in the CRM system Follow up with existing and potential customers Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion Ensure proper documentation and reporting as required

Eligibility Criteria:

Female candidates only Minimum

1 year of CRM experience

(mandatory) Good communication skills in Malayalam and basic English Energetic, smart, and customer-focused attitude Basic computer knowledge is required Candidates residing

near Thrissur / RS Road area

will be preferred
