Job Description

Making Outbound Calls

- Contact potential or existing customers to promote products, services, or offers.

Handling Inbound Calls

- Answer queries from customers, provide information, and resolve concerns.

Lead Generation

- Identify and qualify sales leads through cold calling or follow-ups.

Customer Relationship Management

- Maintain good relations with existing customers, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.

Explaining Products/Services

- Clearly communicate features, benefits, pricing, and promotions.

Follow-up Calls

- Call customers for feedback, payments, renewals, or to nurture prospects.

Maintaining Records

- Keep accurate logs of calls, inquiries, customer details, and feedback in CRM or databases.

Meeting Targets

- Work towards daily/weekly/monthly sales or call volume targets set by management.

Handling Objections

- Listen patiently, address concerns, and provide convincing responses.

Escalation Handling

- Transfer complex issues to senior staff or relevant departments when required.

Additional Responsibilities



Conducting surveys or collecting market research over calls. Sending follow-up emails, SMS, or WhatsApp messages when needed. Participating in training to improve product knowledge and communication skills. Reporting daily/weekly call performance to supervisors.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
