Job Summary:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-oriented

Telecaller

to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle

social media leads, offline leads, and walk-in inquiries

, providing them with accurate information about courses, universities, and application processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Call and follow up on leads generated from social media campaigns, referrals, events, and offline sources. Engage with prospective students to understand their academic background, preferences, and study abroad goals. Provide information about programs, universities, visa processes, and application requirements. Maintain an updated record of leads and follow-up status in CRM/Excel. Schedule appointments for counselling sessions with senior counsellors. Achieve daily and monthly lead conversion targets. Collaborate with the marketing team to give feedback on lead quality.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Telecaller, Customer Service Executive, or in a similar role (preferably in the education or immigration sector). Strong communication and persuasion skills in English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus). Ability to build rapport with students and parents over the phone. Basic computer knowledge Positive attitude, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
