Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to parents regarding admissions, inquiries, and follow-ups.
Explain school facilities, curriculum, fee structure, and admission process clearly.
Convert inquiry calls into school visits and admissions.
Maintain call logs, follow-up records, and admission inquiry sheets.
Handle incoming calls and answer questions from parents.
Coordinate with the admissions team, front office, and academic counselor.
Support school events, admission campaigns, and promotional activities.
Maintain professionalism and ensure a positive representation of the school.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Minimum education:
PUC/10+2 or Graduate
(preferred).
Excellent communication skills in
English & Telugu
(Hindi is an advantage).
Good telephone etiquette and confidence in speaking.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Data Entry).
Ability to convince and build rapport with parents.
Prior experience in telecalling or customer-handling roles (preferred).
