Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
Receive inbound calls and respond to customer queries
Explain products and services in a clear and convincing manner
Follow up with customers to generate leads or close sales
Maintain customer records and update call details
Achieve daily and monthly call targets
Handle customer objections politely and professionally
Requirements:
Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English
Ability to convince and negotiate with customers
Basic knowledge of computer and CRM systems
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
