Key Responsibilities
:
Make outbound calls to potential customers to inform them about our products/services.
Answer incoming calls from customers and resolve their queries or complaints.
Understand customer requirements and offer solutions based on their needs.
Maintain records of conversations and update the CRM or call log system.
Follow up on previous interactions and potential leads.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets as assigned by the team leader.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction.
