Shift Timing:
Males: Rotational shifts (24x7)

Females: Day shifts only (as per Australian business hours)

Shift Duration: 8.5 hours/day

Salary: ?15,000 - ?25,000 per month

Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic and fluent Telecallers to handle inbound calls for our international client. You will be responsible for assisting customers with queries and clearly explaining service packages to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Answer inbound customer calls professionally

Provide detailed information about service packages

Maintain customer interaction records in CRM

Ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction

Collaborate with team leads and departments as needed

Meet daily/weekly performance goals

Requirements:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

Comfortable working in shifts as per gender policy

Prior BPO or international calling experience (preferred but not mandatory)

Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills

Basic computer knowledge
