Tele Counsellor - Vishakhapatnam

Salary:

Up to ₹20,000 per month (based on experience and performance in interview)

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated

Tele Counsellor

to join our team in Vishakhapatnam. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, counselling students/customers, and providing information about our courses/services.

Responsibilities:

Handle telephonic inquiries and provide detailed information to prospects. Counsel students/customers about available programs or services. Maintain accurate records of calls and follow-ups. Achieve monthly targets and contribute to the team's success. Build and maintain a positive relationship with clients.

Requirements:

Good communication and interpersonal skills. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling). Prior experience in counselling, telesales, or customer service preferred. Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.
