TELE CALLER

Roles & Responsibilities

Contact potential students and inform them about the relevant programs, provide information about the program and its benefits.

Source new student admissions through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
Maintaining a constant communication channel with leads through phone, email, chat, and social media during the pre-admission and post-admission processes.
Must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day (70-100), generating interest, qualifying prospects and make new admissions.
Understand students' interest and expectations and pitch a suitable program.
Resolving candidate queries relating to the course offered.
Provide students, parents, and guardians with information regarding admission requirements and processes, enrolment process or other visa procedures.
Follow up with a clear and effective approach, convincing students and parents, and guiding them in decision making.
Maintaining a detailed record of all the interaction.
What we are looking for:

Female candidates.

Graduate / Diploma in any discipline.

Prior experience in Customer Service / Call Centre / Inbound Sales / Outbound Sales / Telemarketing would be an added advantage.
Must be an excellent communicator (verbal and written) and have superior people skills, also comfortable presenting program details over the phone.
Strong listening, persuasion, and presentation skills.
The candidate must be young, smart, active, and have good convincing skills.
Enthusiastic, dedicated, self-motivated individual with a positive attitude.
The ability to work in a team with high people orientation is a must.
Must be fluent in English and Telugu.
This role is based in Vijayawada.

Job Types: Full-time, Walk-In

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?12,000.00 per month
