Key ResponsibilitiesLead & Inquiry Management
Handle incoming inquiries from Meta, referrals, local advertisements, WhatsApp, and email campaigns.
Introduce prospects to free and paid orientation sessions.
Make confirmation calls, send reminders, and ensure maximum attendance.
Maintain accurate data and progress updates within the CRM system.
Registration & Conversion
Assist participants during orientation sessions and manage on-site registrations.
Build rapport, address queries, and ensure participants have a smooth experience.
Follow up on payments and convert leads into confirmed enrollments.
Reconnect with absentees and invite them to upcoming sessions.
Referral Generation & Engagement
Build strong relationships with participants to encourage referrals.
Coordinate with faculty for post-session engagement and retention.
Explore local promotional opportunities (homes, schools, colleges) to expand reach.
