Make outbound and inbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Follow up with customers regarding payments.
Enter, update, and verify data accurately in company systems.
Prepare and share basic reports with the management team.
Follow up on leads and ensure timely customer communication.
Handle confidential information with integrity.
Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
Fluency in English is a must.
Basic computer knowledge with proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel).
Good typing speed and accuracy.
Ability to handle multiple tasks (calling + data entry) efficiently.
Positive attitude, patience, and customer service orientation.
Experience in tele calling or data entry preferred (freshers welcome if capable).
Key Skills:
Communication, customer handling, persuasion, typing speed & accuracy, data management, time management, and basic IT skills.
