Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers for enquiries, follow-ups, and lead generation.
Explain product details (Natural Rubber, Synthetic Rubber, Carbon Black, etc.) in a clear and professional manner.
Maintain positive customer relationships and ensure timely communication.
Record customer needs, complaints, and feedback and share with the sales team.
Back Office & Administrative Work
Maintain customer database, enquiry reports, and sales records.
Prepare quotations, proforma invoices, and basic documentation.
Coordinate with the sales, accounts, and logistics teams for order processing.
Ensure proper filing of GST certificates, customer details, and billing paperwork.
Assist in preparing daily/weekly MIS reports for management.
Follow-up & Coordination
Follow up on pending payments, orders, dispatch status, and documentation.
Coordinate with customers for GST, KYC, and billing details.
Ensure smooth communication between customers and internal teams.
Skills Required
Good communication skills (Hindi/English).
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, Email handling).
Ability to handle customer calls politely and professionally.
Organized, disciplined, and detail-oriented.
Knowledge of industrial/raw material segments (preferred).
Qualifications
Graduate / 12th Pass with relevant experience.
Experience in telecalling, admin, sales coordination, or back-office roles preferred.
Salary
As per industry standards.
