Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective students/clients to promote academy programs and services.
Explain course details, benefits, and enrolment procedures clearly.
Maintain and update customer records in the system.
Handle inquiries professionally through phone and WhatsApp.
Follow up on leads to ensure conversions.
Meet daily/weekly call and conversion targets set by the management.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Excellent verbal communication in Malayalam/English/Hindi (any combination depending on requirement).
Basic computer knowledge.
Ability to handle calls confidently and maintain a positive tone.
Good persuasion and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven.
