Company Description Dreams Aviation Academy is India\'s Best Airhostess & Hospitality Training Institute situated in Nr Tapovan Circle, Chandkheda, Ahmedabad Gujarat . Role Description Dreams Aviation Academy is looking for a Tele Caller who will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective students and promoting our courses. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ahmedabad. The Tele caller will be the first point of contact and will need to have excellent communication skills, a friendly and approachable manner, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The role requires the Tele caller to meet daily call quotas, manage call lists, and have a good understanding of our courses and aviation industry. Qualifications Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati Proven experience as a Tele Caller or similar role in an education or sales organization Ability to handle a high volume of outbound calls while maintaining exceptional customer service standards Good listening and problem-solving skills Ability to speak confidently and in a professional manner Good organizational and time-management skills Basic computer skills and proficiency in CRM software would be an added advantage Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
