Tele calling
Excellent communication skills; the ability to call, connect and interact with potential customers.
Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team.
Maintaining the database of customers on a regular basis.
Answering Phone and explaining the product and services offered by the company.
Asking questions to customers and understanding their specifications.
