Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and persuasive Tele caller & Admission Counsellor to join our academic team. You will play a key role in guiding students and parents through our NEET, JEE, and tuition programs, helping them make informed decisions about their academic journey.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents to promote NEET, JEE, and tuition courses Handle inbound inquiries and provide detailed information about course offerings, schedules, and fees Counsel students based on their academic background, goals, and interests Follow up with leads and maintain accurate records using CRM or Excel Coordinate with faculty and admin teams for smooth admission and onboarding Meet daily and monthly targets for calls, follow-ups, and admissions

Requirements:

Strong communication skills in English and Tamil. (Hindi, Urdu is a plus). Ability to build rapport and counsel students effectively. Basic computer proficiency (MS Excel, Google Sheets) Prior experience in tele calling, counselling, or education sales is preferred Knowledge of NEET, JEE, and school-level academics is a plus
