The Telecaller will be responsible for contacting existing and potential patients to generate new leads for hearing aid sales, follow-up on service and repair inquiries, and maintain excellent customer relationships. The role involves both outbound and inbound calling with a focus on providing empathetic, informative, and solution-oriented communication.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation & Sales Support:
Call old patients and new database contacts to promote hearing aid upgrades and new offers.
Explain hearing aid benefits, technology updates, and available discounts.
Schedule appointments for hearing tests and consultations at the clinic.
Maintain accurate lead records in the CRM system.
2. After-Sales Service & Retention:
Follow up with existing patients for service reminders, hearing aid cleaning, battery replacement, and annual checkups.
Call patients whose devices are due for repair or warranty renewal.
Ensure timely follow-up and coordinate with service teams for quick resolutions.
3. Customer Relationship & Feedback:
Handle patient inquiries politely and professionally over phone and WhatsApp.
Collect patient feedback and report service concerns to the clinic manager.
Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude toward patients at all times.
4. Reporting & Coordination:
Maintain daily call logs and update lead conversion status.
Coordinate with audiologists and clinic staff for patient appointments and follow-ups.
Share weekly performance and feedback reports.
Requirements:
Education:
Graduate / 12th Pass with good communication skills.
Experience:
1-3 years in telecalling, preferably in healthcare, hearing aid, or service-oriented industry.
Skills:
Excellent verbal communication in Hindi and English.
Polite and empathetic phone manners.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools, WhatsApp Business).
Good listening and persuasion skills.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Daily call targets achieved.
Number of appointments booked and leads converted.
Patient satisfaction and feedback score.
Service follow-up completion rate.
Salary:
Commensurate with experience + Incentives based on leads and service renewals.
