We're looking for a driven Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team and fuel our growth across new and existing markets.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities in the Travel Tech sector.
Generate leads through market research, cold calling, networking, and digital outreach.
Build strong relationships with key decision-makers at travel agencies, OTAs, tour operators, and corporate travel companies.
Present and demonstrate product offerings to prospective clients and tailor solutions to meet client needs.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the management.
Negotiate contracts and close deals in alignment with company policies.
Collaborate with internal teams (product, marketing, and customer success) to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction.
Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Tourism, or a related field.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Goal-oriented with a passion for sales and client relationship management.
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and within a team.
Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
