We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, promoting our products/services, and assisting with inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential and existing Students. Provide information about services and answer queries. Maintain a record of calls and customer interactions in our database. Follow up on leads and convert them into sales. Achieve individual and team targets.

Qualifications:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Previous experience in tele calling or customer service is a plus. Ability to work independently and in a team. Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software. Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
