We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Strategy Consultant to join our dynamic team in the telecommunications industry.
As a Strategy Consultant, you will play a crucial role in analysing market trends, identifying business opportunities, and developing strategic initiatives to drive the success.
Key activities will include to support, develop, implement and lead strategic initiatives to improve business success for in terms of subscribers and revenue growth, churn reduction and identify new revenue streams for business improvement
Roles & Responsibilities
As a consultant within Business Planning and Strategy team, you will be required to do below activities:
Identify growth opportunities and provide strategic recommendations to improve business performance
Identify key Market growth Opportunities, build and drive them to monetization.
Stay up to date on industry developments, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies to inform strategic planning
Create short term & long horizon business and network strategy plans
Conduct structured problem analysis, conduct required interviews, research and data gathering to identify best suited solution
Build proposal, business case to launch marketing campaigns, new products, product bundling, win-back strategy, targeted marketing strategy etc.
Develop comprehensive business plans for strategic initiatives to drive growth, increase efficiency, and enhance competitiveness.
Identify growth opportunities and provide strategic recommendations to improve business performance
Collaborate with internal departments, including marketing, data science and network teams to align business plans with organizational objectives.
Facilitate communication and coordination across teams to drive strategic initiatives forward.
Mentor analysts and other team members in their professional development.
Minimum Qualification
5 to 8 years of consulting experience with good understanding of Telecom industry and strong consulting skills, preferably with experience of driving strategic initiatives, developing business case or related areas.
Strategic mindset with the ability to think critically, anticipate market trends, and develop innovative strategies
Proficient in data analysis tools, such as Excel, and experience with business intelligence platforms is a plus
Demonstrated ability to balance short-term objectives with long-term strategic goals.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, analyse, and interpret data.
Strong communication and leadership skills to drive change within the organization.
In-depth knowledge of telecom industry trends, technologies, and competitive landscape.
Strong communication and presentation skills including story lining.
Educational Qualification: BE / BTech / ME / MTech + MBA from tier I/ tier II B-school.
