Lead and motivate the Agency Channel team to achieve sales targets.
Develop and implement strategic plans for channel growth.
Cultivate strong relationships with agency partners.
Monitor and optimize sales performance metrics.
Conduct training sessions for continuous team improvement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in any stream
Proven work experience in Sales and Marketing of Mini. 2 Years
Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strategic thinker with great analytical skills
