esponsibilities
o

xecuting detailed 3D Tekla models and structural steel detailing in alignment with client specifications, adhering to the latest relevant American codes and standards, quality assurance protocols, and technical review processes. o
aintain up-to-date knowledge of project status, challenges, standards, client requirements, and action items to ensure alignment with project goals and deliverables. o
nderstand and incorporate lead region-specific requirements to meet client standards, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of project outputs. o
ollow document control procedures and quality assurance processes, ensuring all drawings, specifications, reports, and correspondence are properly issued, filed, and archived. o
eep themselves acquainted with latest American building codes and design guides, WSP training manuals and attend technical trainings organized by team to enhance their knowledge and skill. T
echnical Skills
o

nderstand scope of work and delivery schedule from Senior Leads o
repare sketches / RFIs etc. as necessary for seeking clarification from USA Co-ordnator. o
repare 3D Tekla models / drawings to specified inputs received from USA. o
reating Custom components for effective and accurate modelling. o
reating Templates, Modeling Efficiency Tools and Reports, Clash Check, Model Validation, and Drawing Automation,. o
xporting to IFC, DWG, and CNC formats. o
mporting reference models (Revit, DWG, IFC). o
anaging model sharing and collaboration (Trimble Connect, multi-user mode). o
evelop positive professional relationship with WSP USA Team, communicating openly about project progress. o
emonstrate an awareness of project risk issues, flagging potential problems to team leader. K
ey Competencies / Skills
o

roven ability to work on projects of varying scales, both independently and collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams. o
dvanced proficiency in the latest versions of Tekla Structures, with the ability to utilize all standard functions efficiently and with minimal supervision. o
emonstrated experience across multiple sectors, showcasing flexibility and a deep understanding of diverse project requirements and standards. o
killed in developing and modeling building elements in Tekla using structural drawings, PDFs, or hand-drafted sketches with high accuracy and efficiency. o
trong grasp of both structural and architectural disciplines, enabling seamless integration and coordination of design elements. o
xpertise in translating structural documentation into detailed Tekla models while maintaining exceptional standards of accuracy and quality. o
