We are urgently seeking a skilled Drafter with 2-3 years of hands-on experience, particularly with Tekla Structures (mandatory) and AutoCAD. The selected candidate will be responsible for preparing, modifying, and converting technical drawings into submittal-ready PDFs, generating shop and assembly drawings, producing sketches for field variations, and assisting with RFIs and change orders. The role demands precision, speed, and strong collaboration with the engineering team. Key Responsibilities:

Create accurate and detailed 2D/3D drawings using Tekla Structures and AutoCAD. Convert design files into PDF format for official submittals and approvals. Develop piece-part and assembly drawings following design approval. Provide sketches for field variations and site-specific adjustments. Support the generation of RFIs (Requests for Information) and assist in processing change orders. Collaborate closely with engineering and project management teams to ensure drawing compliance and completeness. Incorporate take-off data and coordinate drawings based on project estimates and proposals. Prepare and submit shop drawings for initial and final reviews.
Requirements:

2-3 years of proven experience as a Drafter, specifically in structural or fabrication detailing. Strong proficiency in Tekla Structures is mandatory. Working knowledge of AutoCAD is essential. Prior experience in generating shop and assembly drawings. Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage urgent drawing tasks with accuracy. High level of attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Preferred Qualifications (Optional):

Experience in structural steel detailing or construction documentation. Familiarity with industry standards for shop drawings and fabrication detailing Night shift timings are 4:30 PM to 1:30 PM (Fixed shift). Work from Office.

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
