About the Role

The Tekla Modeler will be responsible for creating accurate 3D models and detailed fabrication drawings for PEB structures using Tekla Structures. The role requires hands-on expertise in modelling, cleaning, and drawing extraction to meet quality, schedule, and project specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Tekla Modelling

Develop accurate 3D models of steel structures as per design and project requirements.
Apply standard connections, custom components, and PEB detailing practices.
Ensure models are clash-free and structurally accurate.

2. Drawing & Cleaning

Generate fabrication drawings, GA drawings, and erection drawings from the Tekla model.
Perform thorough cleaning of drawings, ensuring clarity, consistency, and compliance with company standards. Update and revise drawings based on markups, comments, and RFI responses.
3.

Coordination & Communication

Coordinate with design, engineering, and checking teams for smooth workflow. arise RFIs wherever design clarity or additional information is required.
Attend internal review meetings to understand project expectations.

Quality Compliance

Ensure all work meets internal detailing standards, QA QC guidelines, and client requirements. Conduct self-checks before submitting for checking to minimize revisions.
5.

Documentation & Reporting

Maintain proper model version control and drawing logs.
Update daily/weekly progress reports as required by the project lead.

Required Skills & Competencies
Proficiency in Tekla Structures (steel modelling & drawing module).
Strong knowledge of PEB components, connections, sheeting, and fabrication standards.
Good understanding of drawing annotations, dimensioning, and detailing practices.
Ability to interpret structural drawings, load lists, and design inputs.
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and quality.
Good communication and problem-solving abilities.

Qualification
Diploma B Tech Mechanical Engineering Civil (preferred).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?18,090.80 - ?61,759.01 per month
