Responsibilities:

Lead Generation and Qualification:

Identifying potential customers and determining their suitability for the company's products or services.

Sales Process Management:

Nurturing leads through various stages of the sales cycle, from initial contact to closing deals.

Customer Engagement:

Communicating with potential and existing customers via phone, email, or other online channels to understand their needs and address their inquiries.

Product Knowledge:

Possessing a thorough understanding of the company's products or services, including their features, benefits, and pricing.

Sales Presentations and Demonstrations:

Conducting product demonstrations and presenting sales pitches to potential customers.

Negotiation and Closing:

Negotiating sales terms and closing deals to achieve sales targets.

Relationship Building:

Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and encourage repeat business.

CRM Management:

Utilizing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to manage customer interactions and sales data.

Goal Achievement:

Consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets and contributing to overall revenue growth.
Skills:

Communication Skills:

Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for effectively engaging with customers.
