Description:
CTG is seeking a Tecsys Support Analyst is responsible for providing functional and technical support for the Tecsys Supply Chain Management System in a healthcare IT environment. This role ensures that the Tecsys platform--covering inventory, purchasing, distribution, and logistics--runs smoothly and aligns with operational and clinical needs across the organization. The analyst will work closely with Supply Chain, Materials Management, and Clinical teams to maintain system stability, enhance workflows, and support key supply chain initiatives.
Duties:
Provide day-to-day system support for Tecsys applications used in supply chain operations, including inventory management, purchasing, warehouse management, and point-of-use systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, data discrepancies, and user requests in coordination with IT and Supply Chain teams.
Maintain and support integrations between Tecsys and other enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, EHR, Finance, and Distribution platforms such as Infor CloudSuite or Lawson).
Participate in software updates, upgrades, and configuration changes, ensuring thorough testing and documentation.
Collaborate with Supply Chain leadership to identify process improvement opportunities and optimize system functionality.
Develop and maintain custom queries, dashboards, and reports to support operational and financial decision-making.
Document technical procedures, configuration changes, and workflows in compliance with IT standards.
Provide end-user support and training to enhance system knowledge and adoption across departments.
Assist in data management, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with healthcare supply chain standards.
Participate in project planning and execution for new Tecsys implementations, enhancements, or integrations.
Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with both IT and operational stakeholders.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt to a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Understanding of healthcare supply chain standards, including materials management and distribution practices.
Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Familiarity with SQL, reporting tools, and system troubleshooting in an enterprise IT environment.
Experience:
2-5 years of experience supporting Tecsys applications or other healthcare supply chain systems.
Strong understanding of supply chain and inventory workflows in a healthcare or hospital environment.
Experience supporting interfaces between Tecsys and ERP or clinical systems (e.g., Infor, Workday, Epic, Cerner) preferred.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
Equivalent experience in healthcare IT or supply chain operations may be considered.
Preferred Certifications:
Tecsys Application Certification (if available) or related ERP/supply chain systems certification.
ITIL Foundation or Lean Six Sigma certification a plus.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $120,000 to $130,000. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained.
