Job Description

Overview We are looking at engineers who are passionate about evolving and supporting world-class products.
Principal Accountabilities:

• To ensure the Platform is performing at an optimum level as agreed upon in the service agreement or business objective.
• To provide quick response and resolution in case of any technical queries and issues as reported by customers over defined channels - email, whatsapp, calls.
• To ensure the system's maintainability by performing periodic overhauling as defined below.
• To oversee and be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Platform (System health checks, daily jobs, purging activities, ad-hoc reports).
• Ensuring best engineering practices are followed during deployment & operations.
• Handle customer queries and complaints received directly or through the company support organization.
• Work closely with internal teams like Implementation, Support, Documentation, Solutioning team and external stakeholders (Customer)
