Roles and responsibilities:
Experience & Expertise
2 years of experience (not mandatory) owning end-to-end configuration, monitoring, and maintenance of customer interaction platforms, including conversational automation (chat) and voice workflows.
Perform daily system health checks, monitor alerts, and triage critical incidents.
Analyse platform performance metrics, identify optimisation opportunities, and execute enhancements to improve containment, efficiency, and customer experience.
Collaborate with product, operations, and vendor teams for requirement gathering, workflow testing, and feature rollouts.
Conduct regular audits, regression testing, and compliance validations for workflows and integrations.
Maintain detailed documentation of configurations, workflows, and process changes for future reference and handovers.
Technical Skills
Strong understanding of automation workflow logic, rule engines, and conversational/IVR design principles.
Experience with API integrations, data mapping, and environment setups for production & staging systems.
Proficiency in troubleshooting platform-level issues, including intent/NLU tuning, call routing logic, and workflow errors.
Familiarity with monitoring tools, dashboard analysis, and reporting for operational performance.
Exposure to cloud-based communication platforms (chat or voice) and their configuration best practices.
What is needed for this role:
Education - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Certifications (if any) - Relevant certifications in automation platforms, conversational AI, IVR systems, or cloud communication tools would be a plus.
Advanced Skills (if any) -
Strong analytical skills with an ability to convert data insights into actionable platform improvements.
Vendor coordination and cross-functional stakeholder management.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
