Hiring | Techno-Functional Role - Project Coordinator / Business Analyst



Location: Gurgaon


Experience: 3-6 Years



BNC has been mandated to recruit a Techno-Functional Project Coordinator / Business Analyst for one of our consulting clients based in Gurgaon. We are specifically looking for professionals with a robust background in coordinating with CTO teams and managing technology-driven initiatives, along with strong finance and stakeholder management expertise.



Position Overview



We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator / Business Analyst who can effectively liaise with the CTO organization, bridge the gap between business, finance, and technology teams, and ensure smooth execution of projects. The ideal candidate will combine analytical rigor, project management discipline, and hands-on experience working with CTO-led teams to deliver high-quality outcomes aligned with organizational goals.



Key Responsibilities



Project Coordination (CTO-Focused)



Coordinate end-to-end project activities across multiple workstreams in collaboration with the CTO office and technology teams

Assist in planning, scheduling, and monitoring project milestones, dependencies, and risks

Track deliverables to ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards

Prepare project documentation, status reports, dashboards, and executive updates for leadership and CTO stakeholders

Facilitate project governance meetings, capture MoMs, and ensure closure of action items


Business Analysis



Gather, document, and analyze business and technical requirements from stakeholders

Translate business needs into functional and high-level technical specifications

Work closely with CTO teams, architects, and developers to ensure solutions align with business objectives

Conduct gap analysis and recommend process and system improvements


Stakeholder Management



Act as a key liaison between business stakeholders, finance teams, and the CTO organization

Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency

Manage expectations, resolve dependencies, and communicate progress, risks, and issues effectively

Facilitate workshops, walkthroughs, and stakeholder reviews


Finance-Focused Responsibilities



Apply financial expertise to analyze project budgets, cost-benefit scenarios, and ROI

Support financial reporting, forecasting, and variance analysis for technology initiatives

Ensure compliance with financial controls, policies, and regulatory requirements

Provide insights on the financial impact of technology and business decisions


Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Technology, or related field (MBA preferred)

3-6 years of experience in project coordination, business analysis, or techno-functional roles

Hands-on experience working with or managing coordination for CTO / technology teams is mandatory

Strong understanding of financial principles, reporting, and compliance

Proven experience in senior stakeholder and cross-functional collaboration

Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and project tools (MS Project, JIRA, Trello, etc.)

Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment
