Your ROLE

Align Application Maintenance (AM) delivery with client business goals using Capgemini's Business Process Focus (BPF) framework. Understand business and technical scope for client projects. Map business processes to applications and IT failures; analyze transactional and ticket data. Define and monitor business and AM KPIs; identify improvement opportunities. Build KPI dashboards and connect them to databases for automated data extraction. Prepare business cases and present to account leadership and client stakeholders for buy-in. Design and develop assets/accelerators for BPF execution or industry-specific needs.

Your Profile

Data Analytics

: Ability to analyze business transactions and IT failure records for insights.

BI Tools

: Proficiency in Power BI (preferred) for dashboard creation and database connectivity.

Business Knowledge

: Understanding of core processes in at least one industry (Manufacturing, Automotive, Life Sciences, Chemical, Utility).

Business Analytics

: Research and analyze client operations; perform industry SWOT analysis.

ERP Knowledge

: Foundational understanding of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle); implementation/support experience is a plus.

Techno-functional Experience

: Exposure to both business and IT perspectives in design, delivery, or analytics roles.
