Job Title: Team Leader - BPO Location: Bhopal Experience Required: Minimum 1 year as a Team Leader in a BPO process :We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Team Leader to lead and motivate our operations team. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage performance metrics effectively. Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of customer service executives and ensure daily operational targets are met.- Monitor team performance and drive productivity, quality, and adherence to SLAs.- Conduct regular feedback, coaching, and performance reviews.- Analyze daily/weekly reports and identify improvement areas.- Manage shrinkage, attrition, AHT, and adherence KPIs.- Handle escalation calls and ensure customer satisfaction.- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth process flow.
