Techno-Sales Executive - Structural Health Monitoring (SHM) Instruments

Location:

Hyderabad (with extensive travel)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic Techno-Sales Executive to promote and sell Structural Health Monitoring (SHM) instruments and solutions to infrastructure, construction, engineering, and asset-management clients. The role requires a blend of technical understanding and sales acumen to engage with consultants, EPC contractors, asset owners and government agencies.

Key Responsibilities:

Promote and sell SHM instruments and monitoring solutions for structures such as bridges, buildings, tunnels, and industrial assets. Engage with consultants, EPC contractors, asset owners, and government organizations to generate leads and close sales. Prepare techno-commercial proposals, presentations, and quotations. Conduct product demonstrations and support proof-of-concept (POC) deployments when required. Track tenders, RFQs, and project opportunities; support bid submissions. Regularly travel to project sites, client offices, and industry events as required.

Eligibility & Qualifications:

Graduate in Electronics Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, or a related discipline. 1-2 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in instrumentation, sensors, monitoring systems, or industrial/engineering products. Basic understanding of sensors, data acquisition systems, and monitoring solutions (SHM knowledge preferred but not mandatory). Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently. Willingness to travel extensively across regions.

Compensation:

Competitive salary commensurate with experience, along with performance-based incentives and travel allowances.

Pay: ?60,000.00 - ?80,000.00 per month
