Job summary
As a Technology Support III at JP Morgan Chase within the Corporate Technology, you ensure the stability, availability, and performance of our production application flows. You foster a culture of continuous improvement while supporting seamless user experiences across our technology systems.
Job responsibilities
Delivers end-to-end application or infrastructure service to enable successful business operations.
Supports daily maintenance of systems to ensure operational stability and availability.
Monitors production environments for anomalies and addresses issues using observability tools.
Identifies and escalates issues, providing solutions to business and technology stakeholders.
Analyzes complex situations to anticipate and resolve incidents, problems, and changes across full stack technology systems.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 3+ years applied experience
Experience troubleshooting, resolving, and maintaining information technology services.
Demonstrated knowledge of applications or infrastructure in large-scale technology environments, including on premises and public cloud.
Experience with observability and monitoring tools and techniques.
Exposure to processes within the Information Technology Infrastructure Library framework.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Experience with general purpose programming languages or automation scripting.
Working understanding of public cloud.
