Responsibilities:

User and data management on school portals (GSuite, in-house portals, etc) Learning materials: Layout, printing and distribution Data and document management Troubleshoot network issues Technical support in all ICT projects

Qualifications and Skills:

A bachelor's degree in computer/ICT (B.Tech, BCA, Diploma, BVoc) Proficiency in cloud productivity applications (particularly Google Docs and Sheets) Knowledge of different types of hardware (servers, desktops, laptops, mobile devices) Knowledge of data storage solutions (databases, cloud storage), data backup and recovery procedures, and data encryption techniques.
