Summary: As a Technology Support Engineer, you will engage in a dynamic work environment where your primary focus will be on resolving incidents and problems that arise across various business system components. Your day will involve ensuring operational stability, creating and implementing Requests for Change, and updating knowledge base articles to facilitate effective troubleshooting. You will also collaborate with vendors and assist service management teams in analyzing and resolving issues, contributing to a seamless operational flow and enhanced service delivery. Professional & Technical Skills: - Expert level knowledge of DDI solutions preferable InfoBlox with extensive experience of usage in large complex enterprises. - Proven experience with Infoblox Grid and DDI solutions NIOS and BloxOne. - Strong CLI and GUI skills for Infoblox products. o Preferably Threat Defense and/or Advance DNS Protection. - Solid understanding of network protocols and security practices and principles, particularly in relation to DNS and DHCP. - Clear understanding of infrastructure layers or stack, and a broad knowledge across multiple platforms such as server, operating system, virtualization, or network. - Able to deploy and manage DDI platforms on private Cloud, Azure, AWS and / or VMware vSphere environments. - Must Have Skills: Proficiency in Network Infrastructures, Network Security Implementation, Network Security Operations, Enterprise Network Operations. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with cloud-based network solutions. - Strong understanding of network protocols and architectures. - Experience in troubleshooting network connectivity issues. - Familiarity with network monitoring tools and techniques. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate training sessions for junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge. - Monitor and evaluate team performance to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
